From their first visit to perform an estimate of work required the Sound Crawls Team was personable, efficient and they communicated in a way I could understand. We ended up having our entire crawl space cleaned and re-insulated as well as the attic. They identified some areas in the attic where the vents had not been connected to the roof vents causing moisture and mildew. The crew showed up as scheduled, performed the required work and took a ton of photos. When they were gone you would never know they were there. Not a foot print or spec of insulation in sight. We are extremely happy with the work performed and the communication with the front office as well as the crew.

Sound Crawls personnel are professional from start to finish. Patrick came to give me an estimate for clearing out the crawl space under my house--took lots of pictures so he could share all the problems; gave me a quote to include clean out of old insulation and replacing ducts along with re-installing insulation and protective vapor barrier. Juan's team arrived to do the job- bless them--this is not pleasant work. They were properly attired to do the work--speaks well to the business--did the work efficiently. Left cameras to check for any critters before coming back a week later to finish the job. Again, Juan's team was top notch! They took lots of pictures to show their work completed. This is not an inexpensive job, and you want to hire a company you can trust to do the job right. That's Sound Crawls. I could tell the difference in the air I was breathing in the house from their first work day--sorry I waited so long to address my problem, sorry I did not find Sound Crawls sooner!
